• Valid Passport – Your passport should remain valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in India.
• India Visa / e-Visa – Apply for a tourist e-Visa through India's official government portal, available in 30-day, 1-year and 5-year validity options. Travellers from over 160 countries can use this facility, while Nepal and Bhutan nationals do not need one. Carry a printed copy of your approved ETA to show at immigration, which you can enter through any of the 33 approved airports or 9 seaports.
• Return or Onward Journey Ticket – Keep your return or onward travel ticket accessible, as immigration staff may ask to see it on arrival.
• Proof of Accommodation – Have your hotel booking confirmation, host details or a flexible reservation ready to show if requested, even though a fully paid booking isn't mandatory.
• Travel Insurance – Not compulsory, but strongly recommended to arrange before your trip begins.
• Digital and Printed Copies of All Documents – Keep both soft and hard copies of your e-Visa, passport, hotel confirmation and travel itinerary handy throughout your trip.

• Hotel listings shown apply only to bookings made with the accommodation-included option.
• The specific property depends on the room category you choose at booking; if that hotel isn't available, we'll arrange a comparable alternative in the same category.
• Rooms are booked on a twin-sharing basis by default. Groups of three are placed in a single triple-sharing room unless two separate rooms are requested, which carries an extra cost.
• If you've booked the tour without hotels, you'll still be picked up from and dropped back at your own hotel in each city.
• Want to tweak the monuments on your itinerary? Just let us know after booking, and we'll adjust wherever possible.
• You'll be back in Delhi around 9 PM on Day 4. Need an earlier or later return? Tell us in advance so we can rework the schedule.
• Your tour is entirely private - it's just your group throughout, apart from the Ranthambore safari, which is the one shared experience.
• The Taj Mahal stays shut every Friday.
• The Lotus Temple is closed on Mondays; on those days, we'll arrange a photo stop outside or extra time at another site instead.
• Jeep and zone allotment for the Ranthambore safari is handled by the forest department, so advance selection isn't always possible.
• The safari runs in a shared Jeep or Canter, based on availability.
• Wildlife sightings, including tigers, depend on nature and can't be promised.
• Travelling from Jaipur to Delhi usually takes five to six hours, depending on traffic.
• Flying out on Day 4? Pick a departure time that leaves enough room for sightseeing, the drive to Delhi and airport formalities.
• The order of sightseeing may shift due to traffic, monument timings, prayer hours, weather, safari slots or other local factors.
• Sunrise and safari pickup timings change by season and will be shared closer to your travel date.
• Pack comfortable walking shoes and clothing suited to the season.
• Languages Offered – Private guides are available in English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Italian across Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, with an English-speaking naturalist for the Ranthambore safari. Language confirmation happens at the time of booking.
• Group or Private Tour – This is a fully private tour with your own transport and local guides in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. The Ranthambore safari is the only part shared with other travellers, run in a group Jeep or Canter.
