Our driver, Rajesh, was excellent. He was always on time, the car was in excellent condition, and his driving was outstanding. He was also very attentive throughout the trip—making sure we had water to stay hydrated and suggesting appropriate stops where we could use clean and comfortable facilities.

The local guides in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Manoj in Agra made sure we arrived at exactly the right time to experience the Taj Mahal at sunrise. In addition to being a fantastic guide, he became our personal photographer and knew all the perfect spots to take some of our most memorable pictures.

In Jaipur, Mr. Mukesh gave us an amazing walking tour through some of the local markets, turning our visit into a truly authentic local experience. His photography skills were also fantastic, and we came away with some wonderful memories and photos.

One of the things we appreciated most was the level of attention throughout the entire trip. We had a dedicated manager checking in with us to make sure everything was going according to plan. We specifically requested to avoid shopping demonstrations, and both the guides and driver respected this completely. Instead, they took us to the local places and experiences we actually wanted to see.

We cannot recommend Crystal India Holidays highly enough. Their organization, professionalism, flexibility, knowledgeable guides, excellent driver, and genuine attention to their customers made our trip smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable.

Good and safe experience, especially for solo travellers. You get your own vehicle with driver who picks you up and takes you to all the tour stops and to and... read more from your hotels as well. The car was comfortable with AC. The driver in particular was excellent, especially around very busy Delhi roads. The guides were also great. Just be aware aware that the stops in markets are highly orchestrated stops that have vendors that can be very pushy in terms of selling you stuff. The tour guides earn commission from any sales. This applies to all tours around India, not just this particular tour. The block print shop person in Jaipur in particular was very pushy and frankly made me a bit uncomfortable (I would avoid going to that shop just because of him). The hotels that came as part of the deal I booked were quite good. Overall, I still think this was a good way to cover some of the major tourist spots in 3 cities.
