If there is a hike in the cost of entrance fees of monuments / museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Government of India, after the finalization of the tour/ service, the higher price would be charged.

Crystal India Holidays acts only in the capacity of agents for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways and contractors providing services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by us are subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by the agents.

All itineraries provided by Crystal India Holidays are the sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the possible schedule of a trip. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of the customers may influence the change in an itinerary either before the tour or while on the tour. Crystal India Holidays reserves the right to modify any schedule in the interest of the customer’s safety, comfort, and general wellbeing.

The rates of the travel packages are based on the rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. However, hotels and airlines have the rights to modify the rates without any prior notice. In such cases, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us in accordance to the modifications by the hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check-in and check-out time of the hotels unless mentioned otherwise in the itinerary.

We do not have any insurance policy that covers the expenses of accident, loss due to theft, sickness or any other reason. Customers are responsible to make their insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property at all times are also at the customers’ risk.

You are restricted from copying, modifying, distributing, reproducing, publishing, displaying, licensing, transferring, creating derivative works from or selling any information or services obtained from this website. Reproduction of content from the website is strictly prohibited, against which copyright notice can be issued.

Crystal India Holidays may claim for damages and/or a criminal offence in regards to unauthorised use of the website. One has to bear the consequences arising out of the breach of any of the terms & conditions mentioned above. Customers availing our services have to acknowledge that Crystal India Holidays will have the right of indemnification for any loss that may be caused to us for any misuse of the website. The company has all the rights to approach the appropriate court of law for enforcement of such rights.

It shall be the customers’ obligation to ensure that their passports are valid and eligible for undertaking international travel. Crystal India Holidays will not be liable for passport being declared ineligible for entry/exit during or prior to undertaking international travel.
