1. Valid Passport – Keep at least 6 months of validity remaining from your application or arrival date.
2. India Visa / e-Visa – Apply for a tourist e-Visa (30-day, 1-year or 5-year option) through India's official e-Visa portal, available to citizens of 160+ countries — Nepal and Bhutan nationals are exempt. Once approved, print your ETA and present it at immigration on arrival, at one of 33 designated airports or 9 seaports.
3. Passport-Size Photo – Upload a digital photo as part of your e-Visa application.
4. Return or Onward Journey Ticket – Carry proof of this, as immigration officers may request it.
5. Proof of Accommodation – Show a hotel reservation, host address or flexible booking confirmation; a confirmed paid booking isn't mandatory, but immigration officers can still ask for proof on arrival.
6. Proof of Sufficient Funds – Keep a bank statement or cash/card proof handy, since immigration officers may ask how you plan to fund your stay.
7. Travel Insurance – Consider carrying this; it's not mandatory, but strongly recommended.
8. Digital and Printed Copies of All Documents – Save your e-Visa approval, passport copy, hotel confirmation and itinerary in both digital and printed form as best practice.

• The listed hotels apply only if you book the tour with an accommodation-inclusive option.
• Hotel selection depends on the category you choose at booking; if a listed property is unavailable, we provide a similar-category hotel instead.
• We generally provide rooms on a twin-sharing basis. For three guests, we provide one triple-sharing room by default, and an additional charge applies if you request two separate rooms.
• If you book the tour without hotels, we still pick you up from and drop you off at your independently booked hotels in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
• The Taj Mahal stays closed every Friday, so we adjust the Day 2 itinerary in advance whenever it falls on a Friday.
• The Lotus Temple stays closed every Monday; on those days, we offer an outside photo stop or extra time at another attraction instead.
• We may adjust the sightseeing order based on traffic, monument opening hours, prayer timings, weather and other local conditions.
• Taj Mahal sunrise and pickup timings vary by season and we confirm them in advance.
• Guests returning to Delhi on Day 5 typically arrive by around 2:00 PM. Let us know in advance if you'd like to reach Delhi earlier or later, so we can adjust the departure time; actual arrival still depends on traffic and road conditions.
• If you're booking a flight on Day 5, allow enough time for the road journey and airport procedures.
• Let us know after booking if you'd like to change, add or remove a monument, and we'll accommodate your request whenever possible.
• We recommend comfortable walking shoes and seasonally appropriate clothing.
