• Valid Passport – Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left from your application or arrival date.
• India Visa / e-Visa – Most foreign nationals need a tourist e-Visa (available for 30 days, 1 year, or 5 years), which you apply for through India's official e-Visa portal. Once approved, you receive an ETA, which you must print and show at immigration on arrival, at one of 33 designated airports or 9 seaports. Citizens of Nepal and Bhutan are exempt from this requirement, and the e-Visa currently covers travelers from 160+ countries.
• Passport-Size Photo – You'll need to upload a digital photo as part of your e-Visa application.
• Return or Onward Journey Ticket – Keep this handy, as immigration officers may ask you to show proof of it.
• Proof of Accommodation – A confirmed paid booking isn't mandatory; a hotel reservation, host address, or flexible booking confirmation works just as well. Immigration officers may still request this on arrival.
• Proof of Sufficient Funds – Carry a bank statement or cash/card proof, since officers may ask how you plan to fund your stay.
• Travel Insurance – Not compulsory, but highly recommended for a safer trip.
• Digital and Printed Copies of All Documents – Keep your e-Visa approval, passport copy, hotel confirmation, and itinerary saved both digitally and in print for easy access.

• The listed hotels apply only to bookings made with an accommodation-inclusive option.
• Your hotel depends on the category chosen at booking. If a listed property is unavailable, a similar-category hotel will be provided instead.
• Rooms are generally allotted on a twin-sharing basis. For three guests, a triple-sharing room is provided by default, and an extra charge applies if two separate rooms are requested.
• Guests booking without hotels are still picked up from and dropped off at their independently booked hotels in Agra and Jaipur.
• The Taj Mahal remains closed every Friday, so the Day 2 itinerary is adjusted whenever it falls on that day.
• The Lotus Temple stays closed every Monday. On that day, guests are offered an outside photo stop or extra time at another attraction.
• The sightseeing sequence may be adjusted based on traffic, monument opening hours, prayer times, weather and local conditions.
• Taj Mahal sunrise and pickup times vary by season and are confirmed in advance.
• Guests returning to Delhi on Day 4 are scheduled to arrive by around 2:00 PM. Let us know in advance if you need to reach Delhi earlier or later so the departure time can be adjusted. Actual arrival times depend on traffic and road conditions.
• Guests with a Day 4 flight should allow enough time for the road journey plus airport procedures.
• If you’d like to change, add or remove a monument, just let us know after booking, and we’ll accommodate the request whenever possible.
• We recommend comfortable walking shoes and clothing suited to the season.
• Languages Offered: Private guides can be arranged in English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Italian for sightseeing in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Language availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
• Group or Private Tour: This is a private tour, complete with private transport and private local guides. Only your group takes part.
