• Valid Passport – Your passport should remain valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in India.
• India Visa / e-Visa – Apply for a tourist e-Visa through India's official government portal, available in 30-day, 1-year and 5-year validity options. Travellers from over 160 countries can use this facility, while Nepal and Bhutan nationals do not need one. Carry a printed copy of your approved ETA to show at immigration, which you can enter through any of the 33 approved airports or 9 seaports.
• Return or Onward Journey Ticket – Keep your return or onward travel ticket accessible, as immigration staff may ask to see it on arrival.
• Proof of Accommodation – Have your hotel booking confirmation, host details or a flexible reservation ready to show if requested, even though a fully paid booking isn't mandatory.
• Travel Insurance – Not compulsory, but strongly recommended to arrange before your trip begins.
• Digital and Printed Copies of All Documents – Keep both soft and hard copies of your e-Visa, passport, hotel confirmation and travel itinerary handy throughout your trip.

• Safari permits require the full name and identification details of every traveller. Foreign visitors should provide passport details.
• Carry the original identification used for the safari booking — a mismatch can result in refused entry without refund.
• Gypsy, Canter and zone allocation stay subject to forest-department availability and operational rules.
• Tiger and other wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
• Regular Ranthambore safaris generally operate from October to June. Park access can change due to monsoon, weather, conservation measures or government instructions.
• The Day 5 Jaipur tour focuses on the principal landmarks so the group can continue to Delhi on time. Extra Jaipur visits may push back Delhi arrival.
• The Taj Mahal is closed every Friday and the Lotus Temple is closed every Monday — the sightseeing order is adjusted when required.
• Shopping is optional. Let us know in advance if you prefer a no-shopping tour.
• Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection and suitable layers for the open safari vehicle are recommended.
