Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s, customers are required to notify us the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
15 days prior to arrival: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 50% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 75% of the Tour / service cost
03 days prior to arrival:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 100% of the Tour / service cost
Written cancellation can only be accepted on the working days of the week. Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
For the Christmas and New Year period (20 Dec to 05 Jan) the payment is non-refundable.
If the trip is cancelled after the commencement by you, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, depending on the amount that will be recovered from the hoteliers/ contractors. No refunds will be made in the case of unused accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals etc.
Refund turnaround time:
If you are eligible for a refund as per our cancellation or service policies, the refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval. Once processed, the amount will be credited directly to your original mode of payment or bank account.
Please note that the exact time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines.
Wildlife Safaris cancellation:
All the wildlife safaris booked for any Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even date change requests will be considered as cancellation and no payment refund or adjustment can be made against it.
