If I had any questions, Kashish immediately responded and addressed my concerns. The driver Manohar “Manu” was superb. He was always patiently waiting at the meeting places and never late. He is very polite , a really safe driver and I would highly recommend him for future trips. Each of the 3 guides; Mejia, Atul and Raghu, for the 3 different locations were extremely knowledgeable about the attractions we were touring and went out of their way to make this tour very special. Overall this tour was outstanding, a 5 star experience, and I recommend it to other travelers to experience and learn about these historical wonders in the Golden Triangle.

Our driver, Rajesh, was excellent. He was always on time, the car was in excellent condition, and his driving was outstanding. He was also very attentive throughout the trip—making sure we had water to stay hydrated and suggesting appropriate stops where we could use clean and comfortable facilities.

The local guides in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Manoj in Agra made sure we arrived at exactly the right time to experience the Taj Mahal at sunrise. In addition to being a fantastic guide, he became our personal photographer and knew all the perfect spots to take some of our most memorable pictures.

In Jaipur, Mr. Mukesh gave us an amazing walking tour through some of the local markets, turning our visit into a truly authentic local experience. His photography skills were also fantastic, and we came away with some wonderful memories and photos.

One of the things we appreciated most was the level of attention throughout the entire trip. We had a dedicated manager checking in with us to make sure everything was going according to plan. We specifically requested to avoid shopping demonstrations, and both the guides and driver respected this completely. Instead, they took us to the local places and experiences we actually wanted to see.

We cannot recommend Crystal India Holidays highly enough. Their organization, professionalism, flexibility, knowledgeable guides, excellent driver, and genuine attention to their customers made our trip smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable.

Good and safe experience, especially for solo travellers. You get your own vehicle with driver who picks you up and takes you to all the tour stops and to and... read more from your hotels as well. The car was comfortable with AC. The driver in particular was excellent, especially around very busy Delhi roads. The guides were also great. Just be aware aware that the stops in markets are highly orchestrated stops that have vendors that can be very pushy in terms of selling you stuff. The tour guides earn commission from any sales. This applies to all tours around India, not just this particular tour. The block print shop person in Jaipur in particular was very pushy and frankly made me a bit uncomfortable (I would avoid going to that shop just because of him). The hotels that came as part of the deal I booked were quite good. Overall, I still think this was a good way to cover some of the major tourist spots in 3 cities.

We did the 5 day luxury Golden Triangle tour Delhi-Agra-Jaipur with Crystal India Holidays. I had booked it directly with the operator's website to personalise it .We are a family... read more of 2 grandparents in their 70s, my husband , sister and myself and 3 teenage kids .We arrived from London and were promptly picked up in 10 seat luxury ac Force Ventura tempo van - very comfortable luxury leather recliner seats, AC, bottled mineral water limitless supply in a ice cooler box. The guide Lucky and the driver Santhosh were extremely hospitable and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at the Meriton Hotel presidential suite in Delhi, Jaypee Palace in Agra and Intercontinental in Jaipur. I am very fussy about hotels and have travelled to many countries and was genuinely impressed. The breakfast buffet was great and the places we stopped to eat were hygienic and very clean. The guide Lucky was very knowledgeable in the history and would have quiz for the kids. He was humorous and would share anecdotes and discuss local culture and politics .It was a very relaxed trip where we could take our time and enjoy the sites - This is something not to be missed - Humayuns tomb in Delhi, of course the Taj Mahal and the Jaipur palaces were simply breathtaking and the children were able to appreciate the beauty and grandeur of the Mughal empire and Jaipur royalty. The step well in Delhi Agrasen ki Baoli was also a pleasant find in the midst of a residential colony and Chandni Chowk was also interesting. Jaipur pink city was a different look .with lovely city gates, grand palaces and interesting architecture.The tour operator always kept us informed via whatsapp and the driver Santhosh was very careful and safe. Instead of returning back to Delhi by the coach on the last day , we were dropped at the airport to board a flight from Jaipur Airport to South India to continue our holiday elsewhere. Our trip with Crystal India Holidays was amazing. We booked on pretty short notice, but the company was quick to respond and made arrangements easily. The hotels were very good.... read more Dilip, our guide, and Sunil, our driver, were super friendly. They communicated well before our arrival and were waiting for us when we landed. Sunil always managed to be right at the door whenever we finished a site visit, and Dilip was very knowledgeable about the history of each location. The itinerary is pretty packed, which makes for long days, especially with a toddler, but we were still comfortable and able to enjoy most, if not all, of the experiences offered. Make sure you have cash on you to pay for admission at the various sites.
