Just before the tour started, Amit, introduced himself as the tour manager and relayed that he was there to support us 24-7 throughout the tour, which left us feeling like we were in great hands.

The tour itinarary itself was amazing and well organised. Every site we visited across Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Ranthambore was incredible and unique. The guides were funny, welcoming and full of knowledge.

The hotels were all amazing and were of a very high quality. We felt truly looked after and spoilt in each one.

Our driver, Rishi, was a true credit to the company. He was always punctual and welcoming and was a pleasure to see at the start and end of our tours. His driving was impeccable amongst the lively chaotic streets of India; we always felt completely safe.

All in all, we have had a fantastic experience witht his company and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends or use the m again when in India.

On the fourth day our flight from Jaipur was in the evening and we requested to keep the car / driver until then. Crystal Tours kindly agreed which allowed us to comfortably and safely shop in Jaipur. An excellent outfit if you need a quick tour of 3 cities.

The drive was really convenient, they picked us up at our hotel in Delhi in a clean and air conditioned car, and dropped us off there again at the end of the day. The trip to the museum where they show you how the marble inlay is made was also a highlight. Really high quality experience for an affordable price. The only complaint we had is that we wish we knew before hand that you’re not allowed to bring any technology (aside from phones) or large bags into the Taj Mahal campus, because we were not able to bring our toddler’s diaper bag. So just a notice to other tourists. But thank you to Manu and Rohit for an incredible experience!

The private driver assigned to us (Mr Sanjay) was an absolute gentleman. Always punctual, professional, and kind, he made the journeys between cities smooth and stress-free. His calm demeanour and driving expertise added to the overall comfort of the trip.
We had three different tour guides throughout the tour, and while they were all knowledgeable and engaging, one of them truly stood out (Mr Pratik). His passion for the culture and history of the region was evident in every word. He brought the sights to life and made the experience so much richer with his storytelling.
Everything about the trip was flawlessly organized. From the hotel, to the guides, to the transport, everything ran like clockwork. It was a perfect way to experience the wonders of the Golden Triangle, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enriching experience!
